Preclinical drug discovery

LIOS executes a complimentary set of drug discovery and development tasks which includes synthetic hit-to-lead and lead-to-CD programs, compound design, biological activity determination and ADMET profiling. The drug discovery tasks can also be integrated with research activities performed by collaboration partners.

Process chemistry of APIs

LIOS performs route scouting for the manufacturing of original and generic APIs. This includes the design, development and optimization of synthetic and analytical protocols according to the manufacturing requirements. The selected routes are validated in kilo-scale laboratory of LIOS .
